Not everything rolls onto a flatbed. Scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and small excavators sit low, weigh a lot, and often can’t climb a standard tow ramp without risking the machine — or the operator loading it. That’s exactly what the Landoll traveling-axle trailer was built for.
The job
An equipment rental customer needed a JCB scissor lift moved from a completed job site to the next project across the Valley. On a normal trailer, loading a lift like this means steep ramps and a lot of nervous inches. On our Landoll, the entire deck tilts to the ground and the axles travel forward — so the machine loads at a low, gentle angle and settles onto a flat deck.
Why the Landoll
- Low-angle loading for equipment that can’t handle steep ramps
- A full flat deck for scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and skid steers
- Non-running friendly — if the machine won’t drive, we can still winch it aboard safely
- Job-site to job-site moves on your schedule, one-off or standing weekly runs
