Who we are

This website, emergencytowingaz.com, is operated by Emergency Towing and Transport and its heavy-duty division, Emergency Towing Heavy Rescue LLC (together, "we," "us"), located at 725 E Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85204. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you call dispatch or use the contact form, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, vehicle information, location, and the service you need. We use it to dispatch trucks, provide quotes, process vehicle releases, and respond to inquiries.
• Analytics information (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you found the site. We use this in aggregate to improve the site. If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics is never loaded.
• Essential settings. We store your cookie-consent choice and your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. These are strictly functional, contain no personal data, and are not shared with anyone.

How we use and share information

We use your information solely to provide towing, recovery, transport, and impound services, to respond to you, and to meet legal obligations that apply to towing operators (for example, impound and vehicle-release records required by Arizona law). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information may be shared where required by law — for example with law enforcement in connection with impounds — or with service providers that help us operate (such as Google Analytics, only if you consent).

Cookies and similar technologies

Non-essential cookies (analytics) are used only after you opt in through the consent banner, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Third-party services

• Google Maps powers the map on our contact and home pages. Google may collect usage data when you interact with the map, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics (consent-only, as described above). You can also opt out globally via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Links to third-party sites (e.g. Facebook, Yelp) are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Retention and security

We keep service and impound records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes, then dispose of them securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time (footer → Cookie settings). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR; we honor verified requests consistent with applicable law. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
