Some news we’ve been excited to share: Emergency Transport and Towing is expanding into the Southeast Valley. We’ve secured a new lot at 4874 S. Warner Dr. in Apache Junction, and we’re working toward opening it by January 2027.
Why the Southeast Valley
This isn’t a dart on a map. Our owners live in Queen Creek and San Tan Valley — this is the part of the Valley we drive every day, and it’s one of the fastest-growing corners of Arizona. As Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, and Apache Junction keep adding rooftops and businesses, we want our trucks closer to the people who need them.
What’s coming
- A fenced, gated staging and storage lot with room for 50–70 vehicles
- A home base for trucks serving Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, and Apache Junction
- An office with a customer waiting area, planned as the site builds out
- More trucks and more drivers joining the fleet alongside the new location
Until the gates open, nothing changes about how we respond: our trucks and equipment are staged across the East Valley, every unit runs GPS so dispatch sends the closest one, and the same bilingual team answers the phone 24/7.
Same family, bigger footprint
We’ve been family-owned and Mesa-based since 2001, and our main office and storage yard at 725 E Southern Ave isn’t going anywhere — office and vehicle-release hours stay Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.–12 p.m., with after-hours releases within an hour. The Apache Junction lot is an addition, not a move: a second point on the map so help starts closer to you.
We’ll share more as the opening gets closer. In the meantime, if you’re anywhere in the East Valley and need a tow, a recovery, or roadside help — day or night — call (480) 577-5334.
